NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held on Monday, March 16, 2015 at 7:00 pm or shortly thereafter before the Town Board and Plan Commission of the Town of Kewaskum at the Kewaskum Community Center, 9019 Kettle Moraine Drive, Kewaskum to consider the land division application of Lloyd Mueller, Jr. Granting this application would allow the applicant to divide a 39.11 acre parcel into two (2) parcels of 4.00757 acres and 33.13767 acres. The remaining approx. 2 acres will be dedicated to the Public for Roadway Purposes.

The property is currently zoned A-1, Agricultural Open-Space.  The parcel is T8-0053-00Z, located at 3620 E. Moraine Drive, Section 3, Town of Kewaskum.    All interested persons wishing to comment on this issue should appear at the hearing.
